How much will it cost to ship my order?
You can choose among the available shipping options on the last page of the checkout process.
- Standard delivery – Royal Post 2nd Class – £2.99
- Next Day Delivery – Royal Mail 1st Class – £3.99
Delivery and packaging for all UK mainland orders over £30.00 is free.
When is my order dispatched?
It usually takes us 1-3 business days (as soon as possible) to dispatch your order. Next Day Delivery orders are processed first. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
When is my order arriving?
The delivery time varies according to the selected shipping method:
- Standard Delivery – about two business days after your order is processed
- Next Day Delivery – next working day after your order is processed
If you are not on the address to receive you parcel our courier will leave you a notification of attempted delivery. They will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the package to sender. Please note that if the package is returned to us you will have to pay the delivery
